Yes, the ASRock X570 Aqua motherboard was first showcased in Computex back in 2019 … so I guess they were right in mocking MSI and Asus for their arriving so late!
Taken from Videocardz … ASRock on Facebook posted a video mocking two motherboard makers for being ‘too inspired’ by their X570 AQUA ultra-premium design.
ASRock X570 Aqua is a special limited motherboard for enthusiasts based on AMD 500 series chipset. This motherboard was unique for many reasons, such as being the first ASRock motherboard to feature a water cooling monoblock or departing from the brownish Taichi design into luxurious black and silver look.
At CES 2021, ASUS and MSI both revealed their ultra-premium Z590 motherboards. The ROG Maximus XIII Extreme Glacial is a flagship motherboard from ASUS, which is equipped with a monoblock design by EK. The motherboard also features an OLED display (something that AQUA lacks). This motherboard will retail at a jaw-dropping 1516 EUR. On the other hand, we have the flagship Z590 motherboard from MSI. The Z590 GODLIKE is an E-ATX motherboard without a monoblock, but the design principle is clearly inspired by other designs. This motherboard will cost no less than 999 EUR in the European market.
