At the PlayStation State of Play showcase last night, Death Stranding 2 gets shown with a 10 minute trailer and reveals a 2025 release date. The game also gets an official title of Death Stranding 2: On The Beach.
The trailer confirms the return of the delivery focused gameplay from the first game. Sam will get some new vehicles to be able to get around, he will also get a weird talking puppet companion to keep him company. Here is more info on the game plus the trailer below….

Hideo Kojima is joined by longtime collaborator Yoji Shinkawa who will direct character and mechanical design, with Ludvig Forssell and Kyle Cooper reprising their roles as musical director and title designer, respectively.”
