Prices of Radeon RX 7000 series of graphics cards are slowly coming down. Newegg are among the first US retailer to offer the Radeon RX 7900 XT for only $829.99. Check out the full specs on ASRock’s website.
Taken from Videocardz … Just 76 days after launch, the Radeon RX 7900 XT is getting a further price cut. ASRock’s custom Phantom Gaming model has just dropped to $830, which is $70 below MSRP and $50 below previous price point.
AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT has a seemingly healthy supply on the market, with both reference and custom models being easily available in all regions. It is not surprising that board partners are now rushing to lower the price for their premium models. It is no doubt an effort to capture more GPU sales before mid-range options appear and consumer focus shifts to cheaper cards.
This price reduction appears just a day after first Chinese GPU makers started to lower their RX 7900 XT prices as well. The offer at Newegg is now 8% below MSRP, while Chinese retailers are already at 12% lower price since launch. Should this trend continue, AMD and their partners will have no choice but to lower the price of a full Navi 31 based RX 7900 XTX model as well. Sadly, this is still not the case.
ASRock is not the only company that lowered the price for their RX 7900 XT models. One can now also find XFX Speedster Merc 310 Black at $849.99 on Newegg and at the same price through Amazon. Both models are factory overclocked to 2450 MHz (ASRock PG) or 2535 MHz (XFX Merc310).
