AMD Navi 24 “Beige Goby” Entry-level GPU Leaked

Offers up to 1024 cores.

You can expect the Navi 24 to be found on upcoming launches of the Radeon RX 6500 or 6400 series later this year.

Taken from Videocardz … “Beige Goby” is the fourth codename for AMD RDNA2 GPU in Linux drivers. Appropriate patches have been issued recently by the AMD software team. The codename does to immediately reveal which GPU it is attached to, but some advanced users were quick to realize that it lists 16MB of L3 cache. From there it was easy to connect the dots, as Navi 24 was rumored to have 16MB of Infinity Cache as well.

AMD has already released Navi 21, which is carrying a codename of “Sienna Cichlid”, as well as Navi 22 codenamed “Navy Flounder”. AMD is yet to release Navi 23 “Dimgrey Cavefish and Navi 24 “Beige Goby”. The former is expected to debut under Radeon RX 6600 series, while Navi 24 should launch as RX 6500 or 6400 series. Both of those GPUs are to launch for mobile series as well.
